    PSA is prioritizing Virginia and Rhode Island orders ahead of the July 1 deadline. Serialized orders must be placed by June 23, and non-serialized orders must be placed by June 30 at 10 PM.

    State and local firearm regulations are continuously evolving across the country, and some recent legislative changes will directly impact what we are able to sell and ship to customers in Virginia and Rhode Island. We want to make sure our customers in these states are informed well in advance so you have the opportunity to complete any purchases before restrictions take effect. PSA is committed to fulfilling all eligible orders placed before the deadlines below, and we are actively prioritizing these shipments to ensure they arrive at your FFL in time for transfer.

    VA Residents: Third party drop ship orders must be placed by June 19, all PSA warehoused affected firearm orders by June 23, and all PSA warehoused non-serialized affected orders by June 30.

    RI Residents: Third party drop ship orders must be placed by June 9, all PSA warehoused affected firearm orders by June 15, and all PSA warehoused non-serialized affected orders by June 30.
