Bought the crimson trace cts-1528 to pair with my dagger compact & it doesn’t fit. How do I avoid making this mistake again? Wish they specified under the optic details, the FAQ section didn’t help much

I did the same. You can go on CT web site and order a dovetail mounting plate for a Glock. The rear sight is a bitch to get off

The crimson trace optics are rmsc foot print and is not compatible with most dagger slides cuz they come as a normal rmr footprint

Make sure the RDS you choose is a RMR footprint. Not all optics are RMR there are different styles that have different mounting hole locations and dimensions.
