It is a blessing to enjoy what we do for a living. I just got my “first” PSA upper. I should have done this years ago.
I’ve been a huge fan of PSA from day one and continue to be just that. Watching this video helped to add yet another dimension as to why I like the company so much and was pleasantly surprised to learn from the founder the previous unknown to me backstory. Thank you for your service and for providing a top-notch company with outstanding products. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed ever PSA product I own and have been amazed by the innovation and reliability. Keep up the great work and keep spreading the freedom as our constitution, that I fought to protect, affords us.

Purchased my lower because PSA was highly recommended by a customer of mine. Purchased the complete kit minus the lower because I watched your video and you have a customer for life. I will continue to support PSA and am sure I am going to be thrilled when i get all my pieces in. Thanks guys and keep it up.
My favorite company by far , at first I could not understand how you guys could sell quality firearms at a wholesale price point , I did not think it was possible, I would put a Psa ar against any expensive brand and put my money on that the psa is more reliable ,I understand your vision and appreciate what you do to preserve freedom in our country , you are a true patriot and I pray for your longevity in this industry and hope you continue to be fruitful and multiply your skin ARs as fast as you can pump them out. Prices have started to rise a little lately and it’s about time , you guys deserve it and it’s to be expected , basic supply and demand in this post plandemic environment. .Please continue to keep doing what you are doing for the sake of our republic
Having a company like this believe so strongly in the 2nd Amendment, and the drive to arm responsible citizens with firearms, is so much Merica! Just watching the video from Jamin makes me happy I chose to go with PSA for my first AR build. You've got a customer for life over here!
I am glad to see that people like you are still keeping everything in house so others in this country can have a job and are working and producing a great product. I also have 31 year in law enforcement and im very proud to have been a public servant for those that needed our help.

I have been waiting two days for a supervisor to call me. I ordered a scope and within a few hours cancelled it following your website site direction. I called at 5:04p and got no answered. So I used the chat function and cancelled the order. The chat function said that my cancelling the order would put a hold on the order so it wouldn’t ship before someone reviewed the cancel request. Saturday I got a notice that the order had shipped. So I went back to the chat function and it again said it wouldn’t ship. Monday morning I got notice the shipper sent me notice they had the package and it was on the way. I called customer service and they said since no one was working it was automatically shipped. I explained all of the above and the person wasn’t interested in the system giving me wrong information and that I could return it at my expense because I cancelled after it shipped. I again explained the above and the rep didn’t care. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no because they weren’t available to assist customers. She said that she would set up a call from the supervisor to call me back later that day. Well it has been two days and no one has called me. I will keep the scope because I don’t want to spend the money to return it. I am retired and money isn’t as free as it used to be.
I have spent a fair amount of money with your company over the last few years but I have spent my last dollar with your company.
Customer service is a complete joke. Purchased an item for a Christmas gift, Nov 21, wasn’t opened til 25th of December wrong size, will not offer a return or exchange. Ask to speak to a supervisor and am told they’re going to tell you the same thing. Money lost, what a shame. I would not buy another item from this company if I were you! God forbid you make a mistake and order the wrong item, good luck getting a return or replacement!
