Can the flash can be removed and a suppressor attached with this upper, or is the hand guard too long to thread a can on?
David J V on Jan 17, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The flash can is removable. The issue that you will run into is the suppressor attachment method. Direct thread suppressors with an (OD) outside diameter of 1.2” will fit fine since that is the same (OD) outside diameter as the flash can. I can not find the (ID) inside diameter of the handguard so I don’t know how large of an OD suppressor you can use. Because the end of the muzzle sits inside the handguard, you will have to examine any quick attachment system. If there is a lever, button, etc. that you have to actuate that will go inside the handguard, that system will be a no-go. If the quick attachment system uses a muzzle break/flash hider that will still be inside the handguard when the suppressor is not attached, you should not fire the weapon without the suppressor installed. For suppressor use, I recommend an upper with a handguard that does not surpass the muzzle or is within 1/2” of the end of the muzzle. I also recommend a handguard ID at least 1.5” since most suppressors are at least 1.5” OD. In reality, extra clearance is good so an ID of 1.68” or more is appealing if the suppressor is going to set inside the handguard. The most affordable option I see is the AeroPrecision Quantum line. Suppressors for .22lr are often 1” OD so are the exception to the rule. Just bear in mind that the closer the handguard is to the suppressor (IE the OD of suppressor is to ID of handguard) and the further inside the suppressor is inside the handguard (shorter the barrel and longer the handguard), the more heat energy will transfer from the suppressor to the handguard via convection or even conduction if the suppressor is so large as to contact the handguard. Because physics.
Is there any way to get the bcg in semi auto instead?
Michael T on Jan 17, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Why would you want to? Auto holds up better (made for firing automatic rounds, clearing chamber faster, shooting faster, etc) and it does not make the weapon automatic, lots of other parts do that. And it doesn't conflict with state laws. It would literally downgrade your AR-15.
Is there enough clearance in the handguard to fit a suppressor?

can a AR15 223/ 556 standard mag also be used on 300 AAC black out or does 300 AAC need special mags?
MIKE on Jan 25, 2019
BEST ANSWER: You can use 223/556 standard mags, but Magpul makes a mag designated for 300 blk with the correct follower.

Great kit, great price!
Great pistol kit, literally eats anything. Accuracy is right at 1.5 MOA. For the price this is going to make an excellent walking woods gun for hunting deer.
Great pistol, rates everything I have given it, from subs to supers. Accuracy is about 1.5 MOA

Overall satisfied.
Nice setup actually pulled the slanted rail off and put it on my 16” rifle upper and put a FDE rail on this one as well as switched muzzle device to a vg6 gamma muzzle brake. Over all pleased with everything, shot good for the first 50 rounds or so. EPT trigger is a nice added feature much smoother then my other guns. Only complaint is my rail was loose first time I shot it and it slid forward. I moved the rail back into position and tightened the raid down. Also I would suggest a heavier buffer weight will be experimenting with an H3-H1 buffer weight

Awesome build with plenty of punch... Tool Cool...
What a wonderful build!!! An AR platform pistol with plenty of punch...Put a Sig Romeo 4 from PSA on it and Mbus flip up sights from PSA, an Infuse battle light, Magpul hand stop and Stoner single point elastic sling with 2 mounting points, slung and engagement. Through in a Bucket of Bullets by Remington purchased through PSA and you have instant fun...

This PSA 300 Blackout kit has become hands down my new favorite toy
This thing shoots and handles like a dream. Nice and light weight, and throws those solid 300 projectiles down range with minimal recoil. Definitely recommend over and over!
Had this beauty out to range a few times now and hasn’t failed or let me down a single time yet!
